ARTISTI is a Collective Management Organization founded by Union des artistes in 1997 to protect, promote and defend the rights granted to performers in the Copyright Act. Its mission is to manage and distribute the royalties owed to performers as defined by the Copyright Act.

UDA (Union des artistes) represents professional artists working in French in Québec and elsewhere in Canada, as well as artists working in other languages except in a production made and performed in English and intended primarily for an English-speaking audience. Its mission is to defend the social, economic and moral interests of its members who are mostly self-employed.

Société professionnelle des auteurs et des compositeurs du Québec (SPACQ) is an association that represents the moral, economic and professional interests of francophone songwriters across Canada and of all music composers in Québec. Its more than 600 members benefit daily from the association’s many services.

The mission of the Guilde des musiciens et musiciennes du Québec (GMMQ) is to recognize the value of music and the indispensable contribution of professional musicians to our society by representing and defending their artistic, social and economic interests.

The Professionnal Music Publishers's Association (Association des professionnels de l’édition musicale - APEM) represents francophone music publishers in Canada. Its members total 830 publishing companies representing 400,000 musical works. APEM defends the rights and interests of the music publishers and the authors and composers it represents.

Founded in 1978 to defend the interests of its members and foster the development of the music industry in Québec, the Association québécoise de l’industrie du disque, du spectacle et de la vidéo (ADISQ) is a professional association of 250 companies working directly or indirectly in all sectors of records, shows and video production.

Soproq is a not-for-profit Collective Management Organization for makers of sound recordings and music videos. Soproq’s repertoire includes almost 2,000,000 titles belonging to some 3,000 rights owners from Québec, from across Canada and other countries, including records labels, independent artists, distributors, associations, foreign collectives, etc.
